Evaluation period of the Fraunhofer IIS MPEG-4 Software has expired

The Fraunhofer IIS MPEG-4 player and the Fraunhofer IIS MPEG-4 encoder and streaming server are no longer available to the public, since the evaluation period has expired on December 31, 2004. The software demonstrated MPEG-4 technologies available at Fraunhofer IIS. Technical Details

• Full support of MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 video
• Full support of MPEG-4 High Efficiency AAC (HE-AAC) audio
• Streaming and playback of Low Complexity AAC (AAC-LC) audio
• Streaming complies with the specification ISMA 2.0 for RTP/RTSP streaming of MPEG-4 content over IP
• Handles MPEG-4 file format
