Digital Video Broadcasting Handheld (DVB-H) is a technology designed to enable the broadcasting of multimedia content to mobile devices. It is based on the terrestrial digital television standard DVB-T and intended to satisfy the requirements of mobile receivers such as low power consumption and high error robustness. DVB-H can be employed to broadcast television or radio programs as well as to provide interactive services.
