The department IC Design - Digital Systems offers system and circuit design, with business activities spanning from system modelling and specification to hardware implementation. We focus on state-of-the-art IC technologies. This includes deep sub-micron IP and standard cell based design plus embedded software. Advanced IC design bundled with application expertise enables true one-stop SoC (System on Chip) integration.
