Main activities

Our activities in research and development of microsystems concentrate on sensors in standard technologies (CMOS and BiCMOS) and on sensor signal processing. Such sensors can be applied in medical devices, spectroscopic systems and current sensing as well as in mechanical engineering. In the respective fields we are working on both industrial and research projects.
