Key Delivery Messages for digital cinemas
The easyDCP KDM Generator(+) enables the creation of so called Key Delivery Messages (KDM) for digital cinemas. A KDM allows for the playback of an encrypted DCP for a certain time window on a specific playback device. With this tool one can easily generate hundreds of KDMs within a single run.
Besides the KDM generation tool we offer the creation of a personalized and DCI-compliant digital signature for all our easyDCP KDM Generator(+) customers. This enables you to sign your generated KDMs and your customers can feel certain that your KDMs are trustworthy.
It’s as simple as that:
- loading of the distribution KDM (DKDM) or Fraunhofer Digest
- choose the folder with all playback-server-certificates
- set the start- and end-date
and as a result you will get SMPTE or Interop compliant KDMs.
