Professional Receiver for DRM
The Fraunhofer Software Radio is a first-class DRM reception system which provides audio and multimedia data content. It features extensive monitoring and recording functions as well as multiple signal analysis options.

- Signal input via sound card at 12 KHz IF for use with external receiver frontend

- ETSI-compliant DRM Channel decoder
- MPEG4 AAC + SBR, CELP, HVXC audio decoding
Monitoring and Recording
- Continuous monitoring and logging of field strength, estimated SNR and signal quality
- Recording of DRM RF signal and of defined status signals
- RSCI Monitoring output via UDP
Signal Analysis
- Inspection and recording of input signal and processed signal at various stages in the decoder with different types of plots.

- DRM field tests
- Development of transmitters and modulators
- Content evaluation of DRM service
