Signal Processing

We develop complex integrated circuits for control technology applications. The devices are manufactured in industrial CMOS and BiCMOS standard technologies with internal feature sizes up to 65 nm.

We practice basic research in the fields of digital and analog signal processing and concentrate especially on complex mixed signal systems, high resolution A/D converter, low-noise amplification, signal acquisition and signal filter techniques.

In the design process we apply system simulation with AHDL/VHDL and mixed signal simulations with SPECTRE Verilog.
