ASICS for Measurement and Control Technology
Mixed Signal IC-Design is a key issue for innovative measurement and control application in industrial, medical, automotive and consumer applications.
We conduct basic research on complex mixed signal systems, high-performance A/D converters, low noise signal acquisition, high resolution capacitance measurements, intelligent sensor systems, and high voltage driver circuits.
In the design process we run system simulations with MATLAB, AHDL/VHDL and mixed signal simulations. The devices are produced in industrial 350 nm to 65 nm CMOS and BiCMOS standard technologies.
