Integrated transceivers are the keys to optimized flexibility and interference resistance. Data transfer via wireless systems allows for installing sensors at spots difficult to reach with electric lines. Broken cables and oxidized contact sections are problems of the past. Our current saving WakeUp receiver ASIC with a charge rate of 10 µA can be installed in low-maintenance long-term applications like telemaintenance, condition monitoring and telemetry.
We guarantee that our solutions provide a maximum degree of integration. The results are minimal power consumption, smallest product sizes and a low number of extern components.
As our client you have the choice between a complete system designed for your request or standardized cells from our in-house cell library.
Wireless transceivers mostly work in licence-free European ISM bands at 433 MHz, 868 MHz or 2.4 GHz. They are implemented in a cost-efficient standard CMOS process and hence are interesting for both large and small volumes. The joint integration with sensors and smaller digital circuits is an option.
