Calibration

In order to fulfill different requirements regarding precision, quality control and calibration of sensor modules is essential. Especially in the field of navigation, the precision of the sensors is extremely important.

Upon your request, we perform measurements at a rotary table - for the calibration of our own developments as well as for the calibration of prototypes and small batch series of IMU sensor modules from third-parties.

The calibration software is modularly configured, which allows the integration of the most variable sensor types and the use of customer-specific algorithms.

1. Offset

  • Output in [mg | °/s]
  • 6 Values

2. Scaling Factor

  • Output in [(mg| °/s)/ Digit]

3. Misalignment

(For deviation of the alignment of the sensor axes with each other, and for fixation)

  • Output as a 3x3 matrix for gyroscopes and accelerometers
