Due to the rapid computer and sensor technology advancements, 3D computed tomography (3D CT) becomes more and more important. Our latest developments permit a volume tomography as fast as never before. Concealed structures of objects can be visualized three-dimensionally and measured after no more than 50 seconds, thus allowing the precise localization e.g. of structural defects or deviations of the object's structures from the CAD data quickly and in a nondestructive way.

2D X-ray inspection

In addition to the 3D analysis, we also offer 2D methods for the radioscopic inspection of your cast parts. Small quantities are inspected manually, large quantities are tested with our automatic inspection system ISAR (Intelligent System for Automatic Radioscopy) using the inspection programs according to your predefined quality control parameters. This system is also used by several well-known manufacturers of aluminium wheels and is approved and accepted by the car makers BMW and Audi.
