Food Inspection Services
We offer inspection services for your products in our laboratories using our X-ray scanner type LE (low energy), or put the inspection system at your disposal as a loan in order to enable you to perform the inspection at your own premises.
Our state-of-the-art services meet and exceed the constantly growing demands to the quality assurance of your products.
Our X-ray inspection is safe for food products according to the effective government regulations (Bestrahlungsverordnung 16.05.1975).
X-ray inspection is the only means of reliably detecting foreign objects such as stones, metal parts, glass, impurities or plastics even in packaged products.
The inspection is carried out by moving the object on a conveyor belt while scanning the object line by line with an X-ray camera. Our highly sensitive line scan camera can detect and visualize even the slightest variations in density of a large variety of product compositions quickly, objectively and reliably.
