Our method helps you analyze the quality of raw and recycled materials, detects irregularities in the fabric and automates your visual inspection of components.

Intensity image

Intensity image of a region of a finished part. Not much of the fibers can be seen - the fiber orientation is not discernible in the intensity image.

False color polarization image: the color represents fiber orientation, we can clearly see that the fibers are not densely packed and that the underlying layer shines through.

Histogram of the colors: Analyzing the colors gives us the dominant angles of the fibers, the angle between the two orientations and a measure of uniformity.
