Management Assistant – Office Management

“Management Assistant – Office Management” is a recognized occupation in accordance with the German Vocational Training Act (BBiG). 1. What did you particularly like about your training?
Anna-Lena Krafft: I particularly liked the regular organized trainee meetings and the trainee excursion, which takes place once a year. At the meetings, we were able to get to know each other better and learned important soft skills. We could also develop us further through internal and external seminars. During my training, I learned many new things and was able to develop my personality.

2. How did the training go?
Anna-Lena Krafft: During my apprenticeship, I got to know different departments, got an insight into the respective areas of responsibility and supported my colleagues in their work. This enabled me to determine where my particular interests and strengths lie.

3. How did working with your trainer work?
Anna-Lena Krafft: Our trainer always cared for us during the apprenticeship and supported us when we had questions and concerns.

4. How did you find out about the training?
Anna-Lena Krafft: I found the job advertisement on the IHK apprenticeship exchange.

5. Would you choose to study at Fraunhofer IIS again?
Anna-Lena Krafft: I can decide for myself that I would choose to study at Fraunhofer IIS again.

6. What happened after your training?
Anna-Lena Krafft: I was offered a job immediately after completing my training in the HR department.

 1. How did you find out about the training?
Through the Fraunhofer IIS website and through a friend.

2. What did you particularly like about your training?
Experiencing many departments in which you could get an insight into the different work areas. Many nice colleagues who were always helpful.


3. How did the training go?
I got to experience the entire administration department at the Erlangen location


4. How did working with your trainer work?
Outstanding! I had a very good relationship with my instructor. He was always there for me when I had questions and supported me wherever he could.


5. Would you choose to study at Fraunhofer IIS again?
I would decide again at any time and start an apprenticeship at Fraunhofer IIS


6. What happened after your training?
I am now working in accounting and will study business administration from October 1st, 2019. Here, my trainer and my superiors were there for me too and supported me in this decision.
