IT Specialist – Application Development

The “IT Specialist – Application Development” training program is underpinned by practical experience through the professional and organizational integration of the trainee into the Image Processing group – part of the “Application-specific Methods and Systems” department at our Fürth location. The subject matter focuses on scientific/technical visualization software, and the skills taught include:

• Testing, maintenance, and further development of existing applications
• Design and realization of software projects according to customer requests
• Training on providing training to users
• Supervision of build servers and version management
• Programming in C++

To qualify for this training program, candidates require a good intermediate secondary school-leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss) or general certificate of aptitude for higher education (Abitur), as well as considerable dedication and willingness to learn. You should be capable of structured and analytical thinking. An enjoyment of mathematical contexts and an understanding of analysis would be beneficial. You should also have a strong capacity for teamwork and creativity.
