TALENTA speed up is tailored to female Fraunhofer scientists, both internal and external, with professional experience who wish to take on responsibility in a management or specialist position. They receive specific offers to help them gain further qualifications and thus accelerate their careers.

Perfecting your career: Fraunhofer TALENTA excellence

TALENTA excellence is aimed at women who aspire to or already hold a senior management position at Fraunhofer. The aim is to further their own professional and personal development.

In addition, the support program, which is tailored to your specific life and career phase, includes many further topics such as project management, scientific work and publishing, intercultural skills, strategic self-management and leadership skills. Beyond the funding period, you can exchange ideas with other female academics via the TALENTA.net platform.

The focus is on STEM subjects, especially engineering and technical subject groups. Your application to participate in TALENTA is submitted together with the institute that decides to nominate you.
