The answer of our employees in job interviews to my question "What do you like about working at our institute?".The genuine enthusiasm of our employees for their work at the IIS fills me with pride every time.

This is how I will later describe my job to my grandchildren:

As a HR manager at IIS, I actively seek individuals who are interested in research and inspire them for our institute. In doing so, I help people find a job that makes them happy and enable science that changes the world.

My dream job as a child:

There's a lot of singing in our group, so I don't want to commit myself. :-D
