Best part of my job:

The variety of my tasks and the trust that is placed in me. Above all, working with many great people who have their hearts in the right spot and work hard every day for the success of the institute.

This is how I will later describe my job to my grandchildren:

From developing strategic long-term topics to leading and guiding people in their development to super short-term "firefighting" actions – it’s been all part of the runfun.

I incorporate the following private interests into my job: I like it a lot to connect people and topics. Experiencing how they discover unknown talents and use them successfully is a wonderful feeling both in my private life and at work.
