This is how it could look like. First, we perform a requirement specification for your use case. To determine the relevant gases and wavelengths for your application, we record its optical fingerprints in the laboratory and create a database. We then develop our proprietary technology - the multispectral light source - adapted to your needs. This includes design, simulation and manufacturing of spectral filters as well as functional testing and optical filter characterization. After this step is completed, we support you with the optimal detector selection, adjustment and integration of the components. To improve the system characteristics, we then perform AI-based spectral reconstruction. Finally, we hand over the complete system to the fabricator and validate it according to the criteria defined at the beginning.
