Ultrasonic sensor technology with optional AI support

Application-specific design

The connection of a wide range of ultrasonic transducers, each targeting different application areas, requires the design of an application-specific circuit that meets different requirements. Our specialization lies in front-end development for PMUTs.

Heterogeneous integration

The combination of IPs developed in different technology nodes enables the reusability of the blocks for different application areas through heterogeneous chiplet integration.

Ultra-low power

The US AI chiplet enables an energy-efficient, miniaturized design through the use of an optimized US front end and a SENNA processor with extremely low power consumption.

Neuromorphic processing

Direct on-chip real-time data processing with the neuromorphic SENNA processor enables a power-saving and compact solution.

Our offer

  • Determination of system requirements and definition of specifications for a defined use case
  • Effort estimation for the development of a PMUT front-end circuit
  • Circuit design for various US applications (medical, automotive, ...)
  • Characterization of US MEMS devices in an ultrasound laboratory
  • Licensing of PMUT and analog front-end IPSynthesizer)
