WakeUp-Receiver

RFicient® Ultra Low Power Wake-Up Receiver

What is RFicient®?

RFicient® is the solution for wireless applications that enable a long service life with minimal maintenance. The technology continuously monitors the radio channel with ultra-low energy consumption (microwatt range) and response times in the millisecond range, which allows operation around the clock - up to 10 years without changing batteries or even completely self-sufficient via energy harvesting.

Who is RFicient® suitable for?

  • IoT and smart device applications
  • Sensors that are to be operated for years without changing batteries
  • E.g. smart home, building automation, asset tracking, etc.

Main advantages

  • Tri-band receiver (433 / 868 / 915 MHz & 2.4 GHz) → global applicability
  • Minimal energy consumption → continuous monitoring for years.
  • High sensitivity → reliably detects even weak signals
  • Fast reactions → immediate device activation in real time
  • Versatile integration & flexible integration options→ from IP to devkits and breakout boards to the finished chip, including customized design adaptations

Looking to the future: Next Generation

The next generation of RFicient® gets even better: with better energy efficiency, greater range, higher sensitivity and more robust interference tolerance for even greater reliability and performance.
