During the evaluation phase, we use state-of-the-art measuring equipment.
We have a modular measurement system for automated laboratory testing. For temperature measurements, we use Thermostreams in the range from -60 °C to +225 °C. We also have equipment available for in-house 3D printing and wire bonding. A tabletop pick-and-place handler enables laboratory characterization in the temperature range from -55 °C to +155 °C.
In test engineering and small-series testing, we use industry-compatible test equipment.
Two different state-of-the-art Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) systems are available.
The wafer prober enables fully automated wafer testing in the temperature range from -55 °C to +200 °C. Non-magnetic materials are used in the vicinity of the device under test (DuT), and optical stimulation is possible. In addition, a pick-and-place handler is available, covering a temperature range from -55 °C to +175 °C and also equipped with non-magnetic materials near the DuT as well as optical stimulation.
